DC's...Please RSVP and let me know ASAP if you are able to be in Claremore on Feb. 5th for the day to have a DC Retreat and Regional Get Together. We will start Sat. at 9am-? to go over all things involving our region and clubs for the coming year. I am going to make this mandatory for at least one officer (Preferably the DC/JtDC) to attend. We have some things we need to cover for our clubs and region that must be taken care of. The region will cover hotel for Fri/Sat and food for Sat. I would like the clubs to cover the travel if at all possible. Let me know how many and what nights you will need lodging. Those wanting to stay over and continue any unfinished items Sun. are more than welcome. Sorry for the short notice...Please let me know if this is a problem.
