*If you are a current VRS, DC, JtDC of our region or club you need to do your on-line background check that is now required by the National Office. If you do not get this done by March 31st you will be removed from office.
*Treasurers...Financial year end reports are due no later that Feb. 15th. Let me know if you have any questions. Remember that the original goes to National, and a copy goes to region (ME), and keep a copy for your clubs file.
*The new Quiz Rule Book for 2011 is now available. Please be using this for your Quiz Prep.
*I need confirmed dates for those hosting rallies and clinics if you have not gotten those to me.
*Please have all your upper level candidates wanting to test in the first round of National Testing for the year check the test dates and sites. The first application deadline is Feb. 1st. If you/members have questions on National Testing please have them give me a call.
*Omnibus info. has gone out to all clubs and members. If anyone has any questions please let me know. I changed the fundraiser to have all ads and monies sent directly to me since I did not give much time to collect ads. Thought this might be easier on you DC's and also added the incentive of returning 10% of the funds to the club that the ad supports. Hope that helps! I would like to have these printed for us at the DC Retreat weekend.
